TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are constantly striving to make any trip with Waterline as enjoyable an experience as possible, however, To help you understand both our responsibilities to you and also what we expect from you, we have created these terms and conditions. If you have any specific concerns, comments or worries please contact us and we will try to help.
BOOKING
The vessel is not booked until a deposit has been received. Provisional bookings by phone or email will be held for seven days pending receipt of the deposit. Every person making a booking on behalf of a passenger or group confirms that he/she has the authority of these passengers/group and that they also agree to these terms and conditions.
BALANCE OF FEE
The Charterer, in the case of a whole boat booking, is responsible for the whole of the fee, which must be paid in full, 28 days prior to trips. All cheques made out to P.Turkentine. If for any reason, the person chartering the vessel cancels the booking, he/she will remain responsible for a proportion of the total fee. (see list below)
Cancellation fees due if the charterer cancels a booked trip:(Unless we are able to take another booking for the date(s), in which case the fee for that date(s) will be refunded)

14 days to 27 days 50%
8 days to 13 days 75%
7 days or less 100%
CANCELLATION
If owing to circumstances beyond its control Waterline Rib Charter is unable to provide a booked charter or suitable alternative, it will refund all monies paid, in full and the charterer shall have no further claim against Waterline RIB Charter.
ALTERATIONS
Waterline RIB Charter reserves the right to alter the scheduled charter in any way they consider desirable due to adverse weather or any other conditions. They also reserve the right to alter prices in accordance with any major changes in cost which may occur between the time of booking and the time of departure.
SKIPPER
Ultimate decisions regarding the safety of the vessel and those on board rest with the Skipper. Waterline RIB Charter or the Skipper may refuse to carry any passenger, property or charter for any cause relating to the safety of the vessel. In such circumstances the passenger and/or person chartering the vessel shall not be entitled to any compensation or payment whatsoever.
INSURANCE & LIABILTY
Waterline RIB Charter carries a full Marine Insurance for bodily injury or accident to passengers on board to a limit of £2,000,000 for any one accident. Waterline RIB Charter’s insurance does not cover any member of the charter group away from the vessel engaged in watersports or other activities. Waterline RIB Charter shall not accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever sustained by any charterer group or passenger, other than in the case of proven negligence of Waterline RIB Charter or its crew. Waterline RIB Charter accepts no responsibility for any losses or additional expense due to delays in air, road, rail sea or other services, strikes, war, weather or other causes
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Waterline RIB Charter does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to, passengers’ property whilst on board or in transit
